Intergral (http:\/\/www.intergral.com<\/a>) are an SME near Stuttgart, Germany. \u00a0I visited the company a few months back and it is a fantastic place to work (it is a ‘spin off’ set up by two ex Hewlett Packard employees from the UK). \u00a0They work in English so German is not necessary. \u00a0There is an Aber student there this year. \u00a0You need to be very good technically and have a strong work ethic… \u00a0I copy a couple of comment the CEO passed on to me:<\/p>\n

“A trend\u00a0has been noticed in the series of\u00a0interviews we have had thus far. A\u00a0lot<\/em>\u00a0of the applicants\u00a0have been very\u00a0focused towards the design and building of websites. Whereas,\u00a0Intergral is looking more for the design and creation of\u00a0‘web applications<\/em>‘ rather than ‘web\u00a0sites<\/em>‘. It may be worth mentioning to students with an interest in the\u00a0web position to ensure they have at least a good\u00a0understanding of\u00a0server-side languages such as\u00a0PHP\u00a0in addition to the front-end technologies listed in\u00a0the job description. Additionally, they will definitely\u00a0benefit greatly from\u00a0becoming acquainted with\u00a0cloud architecture\u00a0and some of the\u00a0frameworks\/methodologies used to accomplish it.”<\/p>\n
