TeachFirst runs a graduate programme that combines teaching and a leadership development programme. Laura McAvoy from TeachFirst wrote: <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Insight is an opportunity for penultimate year STEM eligible students to gain a unique insight into the Leadership Development Programme \u2013 participants on the programme gain work experience in a Teach First partner school, as well as the chance to inspire pupils with their passion for science, technology, engineering or maths.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A 2-page flyer is available: <a href=\"http:\/\/yourfuture.dcs.aber.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/2013-14-Insight.pdf\" title=\"Insight Flyer\">Insight Flyer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If you are interested, also see the <a href=\"http:\/\/graduates.teachfirst.org.uk\/recruitment\/undergraduate-opportunities\/insight.html\" title=\"Insight Application\">online application details<\/a>.
