Click below for the full details. <\/p>\n<p>DevOps Analyst for an established eCommerce Systems Integrator (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.eclipsegroup.co.uk\">http:\/\/www.eclipsegroup.co.uk<\/a>)<br \/>\nHinckley \u2022\u00a0Permanent Role \u2022\u00a0\u00a320k &#8211; \u00a325k<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>We are an established eCommerce Systems Integrator and an opportunity has arisen for a junior level candidate to join a growing team. The DevOps team supports and monitors high-volume transactional websites for key customers and its objective is to ensure integrity and availability are maintained.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers rely on us to design, develop, host and support business critical systems for them and we are looking for candidates that can embrace a proactive and committed customer service ethos<\/p>\n<p>To be considered for the role, you will ideally have had exposure to and a strong interest in :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Linux<\/li>\n<li>Unix scripting \u2013 Ruby, Perl or Bash<\/li>\n<li>Open source Java web platforms including, for example, Apache and Tomcat<\/li>\n<li>IaaS and tools such as Puppet or Chef<\/li>\n<li>Some application knowledge of ActiveMQ, Alfresco and Solr<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A full training program is available and we are prepared to invest in and develop this key area.<\/p>\n<p>We are primarily looking for high self-motivation, excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid problem solving ability.  <\/p>\n<p>Our office is based near the M69 and is commutable from Nottingham, Leicester, Derby, Birmingham and Northamptonshire.<\/p>\n<p>If you have ambition and would like to discuss the role in more detail, please email your CV and a covering letter to be considered for an immediate interview.
