> Landlord Smart Ltd is a small financial services company. It focuses on the financing of furniture and other assets. The client base can be private landlords, hotels, University halls of residence, pubs and clubs. Our largest market is the private landlord property space dealing with HMO’s (Houses of Multiple Occupation).

> Landlord Smart is busy preparing itself to be “investor ready”. Our aim is to raise capital over the next few months in order to fund the next stage of our growth. A critical part of our growth plans are the digitisation of the channels to the markets that we serve. The objective is make Landlord Smart the leader in its field, by way of being completely digital and as easy to do business with as possible.

> We are looking for somebody who has a passion and desire to build a game changing experience. You must be fluent in java language/script, the development and usage of API’s but also be proficient in the building, maintenance and client security associated with web platforms. You will be a good team player, be someone who is hard working and keen to learn and make their mark in equal measure. You will be building a very interactive environment that will enable customers to not only assess their credit worthiness on – line, but also transact safely with the business as well as the suppliers we serve.

> The position that is on offer is a project based role initially. We believe that success in our forthcoming investment round will result in the position being quickly made a full time role. For a full time employee, the position is based in Stevenage, in the South East of England. For the right candidate a starting salary of £26,000 per annum is available. However, given the nature of the role, for exceptional candidates, we are prepared to consider the ability to work part time remotely whilst they continue to study. In such circumstances, terms would be agreed on an exception basis.
