This role is suitable for Bachelor’s degree graduates in any quantitative or scientific field.

This role is suitable for Master’s degree graduates with a high statistical content in their course.

Both roles:

Begin with an Academy program, which is an in-person instructor-led course. During academy you will learn everything you need to know about Clinical Trials and the part Statistical Programmers/Statisticians play in making them successful: from how trials run and fundamental principles, to how to program analyses in SAS® and standards for data. In addition, Biostatistician Academy will also cover writing Statistical Analysis Plans, creating output shells and performing inferential analyses. After academy you will continue to receive mentoring and gain live project experience, to give you a solid foundation as well as ongoing support, development and opportunities to carve out your career.

The interviews will take place in person at our Swansea Office but virtual arrangements can be made if this is not possible. The interview will consist of a discussion, where we will ask you a mixture of situational and technical based questions as well as giving you the opportunity to ask us questions.
There will also be an aptitude test which will give you a chance to apply logic to a Clinical Trials setting. This test requires no advance preparation.
