An  IY student who did his placement there last year has the following comments: which you might find useful:

* The interview process is extremely simple and does not have multiple stages.  It consists of a 5 minute presentation and some  general IT questions.  However the CV itself has to be excellent and this is a must.

* The post involves a lot of self-initiativeness 

* The pay is excellent for a placement student.

* There is 25 days paid leave.

* The company can pay for any courses  as career improvement.
