I had a visit recently from Liberata; they were looking to establish a relationship with us for taking IY students. So the attached job advert is one we are very likely to get someone into. I am also told that the pay is likely to be very good.

So this is an excellent one for you. Just send a CV (and I’d suggest a covering letter, though they don’t ask for it). And don’t be put off by the fact that they mention technologies you don’t know – we discussed this, and they realise no-one is going to have all of them! But you will learn, which will be great for you.

Attached is an advert for a company wanting industrial placement students and graduates. The advert was sent to me by one of our recent graduates; therefore, obviously, they like Aberystwyth students, and that greatly increases your chances of success.
